Renewal and cancellation
After the selected free trial, the subscription renews automatically at the stated billing interval until canceled. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. Purchases are managed through the same channel used to subscribe; checkout and receipts show the exact charge and renewal dates.
Billing and refunds
Every web payment made through Paddle is eligible for a full refund when requested within 14 calendar days of the transaction date. This 14-day refund window has no exceptions or conditions. Web purchases of Jinni are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle takes the payment, handles any applicable sales tax or VAT, issues the receipt and invoice, provides transaction-related buyer support, and processes refunds for web payments. Refund requests are made from the Paddle receipt or through Paddle buyer support at paddle.net. Sency Interactive LTD can assist and can request a refund from Paddle on a customer's behalf, but does not itself issue refunds for Paddle transactions.
